Van Staden
Raymond
is a well known personality in the South African Investigation
and Security Arena, he has been involved in Investigations
and Security since 1980, and came into the Private Sector
in the early 1990’s when he established Van Staden &
Associates.
In the past he was contracted as the head of Security for
SPOORNET (South African Railway Network) for their National
and Southern African Operations to re-engineer their Security
Department.
Raymond
has successfully conducted a number of Country Risk Assessments
on the African continent for International Companies and NGO’s.
In addition has facilitated meetings between high ranking
politicians and business executives, both in South Africa
and the USA.
Raymond
successfully completed a number of Military, Police and Private
Sector courses, has a Certificate in International Studies
- University of London, a Diploma in Security Management –
Damelin Management School, Certificate for the Investigation
and solving Crime and Civil Matters - University of South
Africa (UNISA). A Post Graduate Diploma in Forensic Investigation
and Criminal Justice – University of Kwa Zulu Natal
in South Africa. He has undergone numerous Countermeasures
Courses in South Africa and the United Kingdom. |

Gary
Ninow
Gary is
a qualified Chartered Accountant, who specializes in Forensic
Auditing and Investigative Accounting.
He holds
a B Compt (Hons) degree from the University of South Africa
(UNISA) and qualified as a CA back in 1983.
He started his own audit practice, Ninow & Associates
in Durban, which he sold and it still runs today.
In 1990
he obtained a Masters degree in Business Leadership from the
School of Business Leadership at University of South Africa.
His experience
includes the following positions in well known South African
companies: Head Office Accountant at The Tongaat Hulett Group,
Treasurer (foreign exchange and borrowings) at Sappi Saiccor,
and Financial Director of the South African Sugar Association. |

YUDISH
SINGH
Yudish
is a Forensic Investigator. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree
in the Administration of Criminal Justice from the University
of South Africa having completed modules in criminal investigations,
criminal law, and law of evidence, criminal procedure and
intelligence gathering.
He has worked under of the most experienced forensic investigators
in South Africa, Mr Johan Wessels who gave Yudish an enormous
amount of practical experience in the field of forensic and
criminal investigations.
Yudish
has also served as a labour law consultant with RL Manthey
and Associates where he received practical experience working
with Mr Dave Manthey. Under Mr Manthey Yudish chaired disciplinary
enquiries and advised many clients on disciplinary issues
affecting their companies. |

Esterhuizen heads the Gauteng division of Van Staden Forensic Services’
Debug Operations. Dave has 12 years experience and has received
specialised training in South Africa and at Audiotel in the United
Kingdom. |

Michelle
Halpern
Michelle
Halpern has been involved in the Private Sector for over 20
years. She founded and initialised the marketing department
of Africa's largest Private Investigation company.She has
attended numerous in house training courses and is a member
of PSIRA. She holds a diploma from CENTEC Training Academy.
Over the course of her career, Michelle has obtained a vast
amount of knowledge and experience in her field. In recent
years, after moving from Johannesburg to Durban, she has concentrated
mainly on under cover operations, surveillance and corporate
matters. |

Robert Palmer
Robin Palmer is
a practising advocate at the Durban bar, director of the Institute
for Professional Legal Training and an associate professor
in Law in the Law Faculty at the University of KwaZulu- Natal,
Durban. He was defence counsel in a number of high profile
cases.
Over the last 12 years, he has also acted as a trainer and
consultant in various related fields in South Africa, Africa
and the Middle East.
He
is director of the Forensic Investigation programme at UKZN,
and has provided training in this field for a number of local
and international organisations, including the Open Society
Institute (OSI), the Institute for Medico-Legal Unit, UKZN,
the Department of Health, the NPA, the SAPS, the ICD, the
LSSA, the Department of Justice, the New York Bar-Justice
Initiative, the Judicial Inspectorate of Prisons, the Human
Rights Commission, the Legal Aid Board Justice Centres, and
numerous other organisations. |
